About Me
Hi, I’m Becky Eldridge – a 45-year-old mother and wife and previous roller coaster health and fitness nut. I have spent the last 20 years hiring trainers to drop weight and change my body only to gain it back again – the only good thing that came out of those years was realizing I do have a love for fitness and nutrition.
My business is a product of personal frustration and finding a solution. Frustration from dropping weight while on a strict plan, only to gain it back once I tried to transition to daily living. I always wanted more information and answers. There had to be a better way.
So, finally at my heaviest weight in 20 years – while once again on a training/diet program – (I had gained weight over 8 months and was starting to spiral into a negative mindset and attitude). I decided to make a BIG change. I looked at my husband and I said, “I need to learn how to do this for myself and help others at the same time.” He was fully onboard, so I went to school.
I graduated from NASM with a certificate in Nutritional Coaching, with an additional certificate focusing on Women's Fitness. But more than that, I have been able to see the positive outcome firsthand that a healthier diet and nutrition can provide.
I am very excited to share this business with the hope that I can help others not just lose weight but to build healthy habits for a long and joyful life. I want everyone to be able to graduate this program with the tools they need to navigate nutrition in their everyday life.
I am currently working on my personal training certificate to be able to bring another level of information to clients looking for long term health goals. I have received my certification from Dotfit supplements as well.
